ICLUB 3, is the third “investment fund” we launch, which allows our clients and investors to participate in projects of greater magnitude they would not be able to afford individually.
With this investment formula we create a company (“investment vehicle”) in the country of the real estate development, in which each partner can participate in a certain percentage(always avoiding any partner holding the majority), company through which the investment will materialize. Investors or partners acquire the shares of a trading company and, therefore, will benefit of profits obtained from the project in question, and also will subscribe a partnership agreement in order to regulate all questions related to the investment development.
Inversor Club specialized team of financial analysts, solicitors and advisors will design and plan the project, and take care of all the formalities up to its completion.
The main investment strategy will consist in the development of land and housing projects in Panama.
